2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 179 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115, 126(2), 74, 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
