1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) To issue writ/writs in nature of mandamus for directing the Respondent no. 2 to pass a final order on the representation dated 14-08-2023 of the petitioner filed before District Officer cum Collector, Khagaria within a minimum period passed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.2796 of 2024(2) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 accordance with law.

ii) To further issue direction to Respondent no.2 to take action against the C.O. Gogri and Halka Karamchari namely Suddansu Paswan regarding no action taken despite the order to set up form "क"."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Collector, Khagaria, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
