2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 921 of 2023 from the Court of learned Sessionscum-Special Judge NDPS Act, Araria registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b), (ii) and (C) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of recovery of 602 kg ganja from a truck bearing Registration No. RJ 02 GA 8279.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13250 of 2024

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6778 of 2026(2) dt.30-01-2026 2/2 vide order dated 11.03.2024 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
