JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.5.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that niece of the informant went to Beauty Parlour on 12.3.2014 at about 11.00 A.M., thereafter she went traceless. Suspicion was raised against the petitioner since the victim was seen going towards his house and the petitioner had some intimacy with the victim.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 12.3.2014, the FIR was registered on 2.4.2014 and except suspicion, no cogent material has been

This fact has not been controverted by the learned APP. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 55 of 2014.
