Altogether six mobile sets have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and stand of the petitioner is that petitioner happens to be mobile mechanic and while going to his home through Karbighiya bridge, he was caught by the police official. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Patna GRP.S. Case no. 242/2015.
