Two country-made pistols and cartridges, kept in a bag were recovered beneath the rear seat of a vehicle, in which, petitioner and eight persons were found sitting. Admittedly, the aforesaid recovery has not been made from conscious possession of the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 10-05-2015 and paragraph-3 of the petition reveals that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42710 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
