The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR.
It has been submitted that the co-accused persons confessed their guilt before the police and they disclosed the name of the petitioners. Save and except the confessional statement of the co-accused the I.O. did not collect further material nor put the petitioners on test identification parade although the petitioners are in jail since 01.07.2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42586 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2015.
