Patna High Court CWJC No.14629 of 2017 dt.18-04-2018 2/2 Inquiry Report filed as Annexure-A dated 08.09.2017. A detailed inquiry has been conducted into the matter and the report indicates that all action, as is permissible under law for implementation of the scheme in question, which is a nonstatutory scheme, has been undertaken by the State Government and, therefore, now, we are not inclined to go into any such issue involved in the matter.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
