The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

One Teni Manjhi was arrested and he disclosed the name of the petitioner and other accused persons. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 16.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
