JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Initially, the case was registered under Sections 498A, 109, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code on the statement of the informant, but, later on, she died in course of her treatment, as a result whereof the charge-sheet was submitted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and other minor sections of the of the Indian Penal Code. The informant specifically stated in her fardbeyan that due to family feud she set fire on her person herself.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also taking note of this fact that petitioner being husband of the deceased is in jail custody since 29.07.2015, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42945 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 276 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
