The petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 501 of 2021 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 113 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act and sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

As per the prosecution case, one mobile phone has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no arms and ammunition or narcotic substance has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. The said mobile which has been recovered belongs to this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 501 of 2021 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 113 of 2021.
