According to prosecution case itself, a quarrel took place between prisoners of Central Jail, Buxar and in that quarrel, one prisoner got injury.

No doubt, petitioner was lodged in the aforesaid jail at the time of alleged occurrence but no specific overt act has been attributed against him.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 298 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
