The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that minor girl of the informant has been abducted by all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioners.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner and daughter of the informant were in love with each other and they have solemnized
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7720 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 marriage. The victim in her 164 Cr.P.C statement has recorded her age between 16-18 years and stated that she of her own sweet-will left her house and went along with the petitioner where she solemnized court marriage with him.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 249 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
