The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25 (1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Arms and ammunitions were recovered from the trailer of the tractor. The petitioner was not arrested on the spot. The petitioner is said to be driver of the tractor but nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 03.07.2015 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in Ghoswari (Barh) P.S. Case No. 82/14.
