The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner got another candidate appeared at the examination for appointment on the post of constable. When the petitioner was interviewed, it was found that the petitioner has got no knowledge and somebody appeared at the examination on his behalf. Nobody was arrested at the time of appearing in the examination.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42559 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 449 of 2015.
