The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 153 and 160(B) of the Railway Act.

The petitioner is a tractor driver.

It is submitted that due to some mechanical fault, the tractor dashed the railway crossing. The petitioner did not commit the crime intentionally. The petitioner is in jail since 04.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna Jn. in RPF (Mokama) P.S. Case No. 119/2015.
