Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 365 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty politics. From the allegation levelled in the First information Report, it appears that the informant has claimed himself to be the eye witness and he had seen the accused persons taking away his son, however the present First information Report was lodged after delay of two days. As a matter of fact, the matter is of love affair. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2019.

Case No. 100/2019.
