The petitioner seeks bail in University P.S. Case No. 140 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and his family members were engaged in preparing explosive, as a result , the explosive got exploded and several houses including the house of petitioner were badly damaged.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that save and except confessional statement of co-accused there is no material against this petitioner which shows his complicity in the alleged occurrence. It is next submitted that similarly situated co-

Considering the period of custody and the fact that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Darbhanga in connection with University P.S.
