The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 26.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24079 of 2020 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.62 of 2020, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 26.11.2020 is modified to the extent as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10498 of 2022(3) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
