Prayer is for modification in the party position of writ application, vide Cr.W.J.C.No 2167 of 2017 to the extent that the District of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 be corrected as "Vaishali", which has wrongly been typed as "Muzaffarpur". Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, order dated 20.12.2017 passed in the aforesaid writ application be also modified.
