JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 536 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. There is recovery of 50 litres of liquor from the petitioner and petitioner was arrested at the spot. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he is in custody for more than one month, having no criminal antecedent and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
