Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 681 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2022 and there is recovery of 15 litres of country made liquor from his possession and he has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S.
