2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Galgaliya P..S. Case No. 53/2023 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 02.11.2023 by the informant, Goutam Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that he got information that his brother had gone to meet one Povita Kumari where he is being beaten by the locals, the informant rushed to the place and saw the named accused beating his brother. As they retreated, the brother was taken to Government Hospital where he was declared brought dead. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Petitioner is a named accused in the said killing in which allegation is that when the deceased went to meet, a lady who was an adult, the locals which included the family members resorted to extreme punishment which led to his death.

5. No case of anticipatory bail is made out. It is accordingly rejected.
