The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jogbani (Bathna) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2019.

The allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made pistol with one live cartridge and one mobile phone were recovered.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be
