From the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the CISF authorities, it is apparent that revised family pension of the petitioner has been authorized by the decision dated 30.06.2016 way back equal to the pay last drawn by the deceased government servant, i.e. Rs.4135/- as per 5th C.P.C., has been revised to Rs.9346/- as per 6th C.P.C. now. The primary relief, which the petitioner was looking for, has already been authorized and granted. No rebuttal to the position taken in the counter affidavit served on 21.11.2016 has been filed.
