Petitioner seeks bail in Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.09 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is wife of brother-in-law of informant.

It is alleged that informant had given Rs.4,50,000/- to his brother-in-law with assurance to return the same very soon. On his demand to return the amount, the brother-in-law issued cheque for Rs.2,60,000/- in favour of the informant on 20.10.2013. The cheque was deposited in the account but the same was returned with endorsement 'no money is available' in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7118 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 the account.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is wife of brother-in-law of informant, who has no concern with money transaction between the informant and her husband. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Nawada, in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.09 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
