Petitioner is in custody in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.09.2018. Learned counsel further submits that six named accused persons have already been granted bail vide order dated 06.11.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 62856 of 2018.

Considering the fact that FIR named accused persons have been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7261 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 petitioner was not named in the FIR and he has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Banka, in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018.
