Petitioner who retired from the services on the post of Amin on 31.12.2011 from the office of the Respondent No. 4, the Executive Engineer, Sone Barrgae Division, Indrapuri, District-Rohtas prays for payment of G.P.F. dues and also with up-to-date statutory interest and revised pension D.C.R. Gratuity, Leave Encashment in the grade pay of Rs. 4600/- as prescribed for P.B.-II in terms of the instructions issued by the Finance Department.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2430 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the State on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 4 has filed a counter affidavit stating therein that G.P.F. amount of Rs. 2,45,525/- has been prepared and demand letter has been sent on 04.04.2018 to the Superintending Engineer, Planing and Monitoring Circle-3, Water Resources Department for payment.

This writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to make payment of the G.P.F. amount calculated vide letter dated 04.04.2018 within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. So far as the revision of pension and other retiral dues as well as Leave Encashment in the light of instructions of the Finance Department dated 08.01.2015, the petitioner would file a representation before the respondent no. 2 which would be considered and a reasoned order would be passed within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
