2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 143, 171(C), 353, 504, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 P.R Act and 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2000.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated due to village politics. It is further submitted that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. and their names transpire during the course of investigation.

4. This Court, however, takes note that the present anticipatory bail petition has been filed in the year 2019 in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8354 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 respect of the F.I.R. which has been instituted as far back as in the year 2000. The petitioners have not offered any satisfactory explanation for the delay and there is no immediate apprehension of their arrest. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
