Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amarpur P. S. Case No. 452 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are not the occupants of the offending vehicle which hit and killed the deceased. There is no direct allegation against them having participated in the crime.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8057 of 2022(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P. S. Case No. 452 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shakir/- U T
