Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in the event if a direction is issued upon the Bihar State Waqf Tribunal, Patna to expeditiously decide Misc. Case No. 16 of 2019 and Misc. Case No. 17 of 2019 filed by the petitioner before the Bihar State Waqf Tribunal, Patna in view of the liberty granted to the petitioner by

Patna High Court CWJC No.3352 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 order dated 14.08.2019 in C.W.J.C. No. 9435 of 2019. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Bihar State Shia Waqf Board do not object the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed off with a direction to the Bihar State Waqf Tribunal, Patna to decide and dispose of Misc. Case No. 16 of 2019 and Misc. Case No. 17 of 2019 (Md. Munir Ahsan alias Munir Hassan Vs. Bihar State Shia Waqf Board & Ors.) expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law and after hearing all the stakeholders. The period of four months has been fixed only for the reason that it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the pleadings have been completed which is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the Bihar State Shia Waqf Board.
