BADAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2022 Perused the explanation tendered by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-Xth, Sitamarhi regarding failure to comply the order dated 22.06.2020 passed by this Court directing completion of the trial within a period of six months.

This Court is constraint to note that the explanation forwarded by the learned trial Court is not at all satisfactory. Despite lapse of the period prescribed by this Court vide order dated 22.06.2020, no further extension of time was sought by the learned trial Court. However, as the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-Xth, Sitamarhi sought three months time for disposal of the trial.

No.17803 of 2021(8) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 As a last chance, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months and to report the compliance of this order to this Court through concerned District Judge. The District Judge of the concerned District is directed to supervise the conduct of the trial and to see that it should be finished within the extended time granted by this Court.

This order should be strictly complied by the concerned.
