Name of the petitioner appears to have surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Rakesh Kumar Mishra who has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

No doubt petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases but it appears that except criminal antecedent as well as confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 22.6.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.K. Tiwary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra/ concerned court in Chapra Town P.S. Case no. 244/2014.
