JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-11-2019 The present writ application in the nature of (P.I.L.) Public Interest Litigation has been preferred by the petitioner for the for the following relief/s as stipulated in Para-1(i)(ii) and (iii) which reads:

"1.(i) For that petitioner with prayer from this Hon'ble Court to direction the Respondent authority to make a statutory complaint against the Respondent No.2 and also direction the Chief Vigilance Authority to enquired into the matter thereafter, set up enquiry & recovered misappropriated of government money.

(ii) For that the Respondent No.2 Ex-

Patna High Court CWJC No.7365 of 2018(5) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 Incharge Headmaster of Middle School Efani during said period of Incharge who has been illegally withdrawal of approximate three lakhs rupees from Bihar Kshetriya Gramin Bank from Account No.31578055225 with consent of Secretary and withdrawal amount which has not been distributed to the students and no use of work related in this School. (iii) For that the grant any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to from the facts and circumstances of the case."

Counter affidavits filed on behalf of State as well as respondent No.2 are taken on record.

Despite repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
