The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 616 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of the seizure list it appears that the alleged recovery has been made in front of the house of the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17782 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S.
