2. The petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in address of the petitioner with regard to the Police Station and the District.

3. The office is directed to make necessary changes in the header portion.

4. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 448, 307, 365, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

5. The victim has said that the occurrence, as alleged in the FIR is false.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in jail since 11.7.2023.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Katihar/concerned Court below in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018.
