The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 382 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.07.2018. He further submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. His name was subsequently surfaced and he has been made accused on the basis of investigation.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
