The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kisanpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that the petitioner along with 15-20 unknown persons assaulted the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.11.2019. He further submits that the injury is on the non-vital part and the parties have entered into compromise, as is evident from Annexure-2 Series.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the parties have entered into the
