Learned counsel for the State Health Society informs the Court that the selection process has come to an end and appointment has been made and as such the present writ petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondents may be directed to consider the claim of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4125 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2021 2/2 petitioners for relaxation of age in case they undertakes selection process of ANM in future as there was inordinate delay in the process of selection.

In view of the above, if the respondents undertakes selection process of ANM in future, they will consider the desirability of one time age relaxation to the petitioners, who where eligible at the relevant time but appointment could not be made for a considerable long time and as a result thereof the petitioners have become over age without availing any opportunity to participate in the selection process. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
