Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 504, 506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that persons of office of D.C.L.R. , the informant and others had gone to village Baghlati for giving delivery of possession. Petitioner and others along with 15-20 women reached there and protested delivery of possession, abused and started brick batting and obstructed in performance of government duty.
Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
