1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl.P.P. Arvind Kumar for the Vigilance.
2. On query of the Court with regard to the stage of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that charges have been framed against the petitioner in the year 2017 itself and one witness out of eleven witnesses has also been examined.
3. Learned Spl.P.P. for the Vigilance submits that since charges have been framed, trial has commenced and the witnesses have been examined, as such, the Court should not interfere with the order impugned at this stage.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned Spl.P.P. the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49121 of 2017(2) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 application.
5. Accordingly, the present quashing application stands rejected.
