JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of altogether 13 cases and he was caught by the police and firearm was recovered from his conscious possession when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. No doubt, similarly situated facts, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court but taking into consideration the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, in my view, petitioner did not deserve to be released on bail, at least, at this stage. Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S.Case No. 69 of 2015, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Biraul, Darbhanga stands rejected.
