3. Learned counsel for Patna Municipal Corporation submits that from paragraph no.9 of the counter affidavit, the payment has been made to the petitioner's bank account through RTGS.

4. In this view of the matter, there is no need for continuation of this case. Therefore, the present writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.3965 of 2020(3) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner's heirs that if, any grievance has been left to petitioner's heirs or legal representatives, then they may pursue the same by filing the fresh writ petition.
