JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-01-2022 Heard Mr. Anil Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bacchwara P.S. Case No. 127 of 2020 dated 23.06.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
On the orders of petitioner no. 2 and one Lal Babu Kumar, who has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court, one Shyam Babu Kumar is said to have assaulted the informant. So far as specific assault is concerned, it is not attributed on the petitioners. Considering the nature of accusation and the

No.17656 of 2021(2) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 fact that one of the accused persons with similar allegation has been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bacchwara P.S. Case No. 127 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
While saying so, the Court has taken note of the fact that there is a counter version of the occurrence and there is a pending land dispute between the parties. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
