JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 Heard Mr. Lakshmindra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Ram Anurag Singh, learned counsel for the Union of India and Mrs. Vandana Singh, learned AC to SC 21 for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondent Union of India to ensure payment of family pension and other outstanding dues. At the outset, learned counsel for the Union of India submits that admittedly the petitioner died while working as a Casual Labour on 29.05.1994, itself and this writ petition has been filed after a delay of more than 22 years.

In view of the prayer made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of, with aforesaid liberty.
