The petitioner seeks bail in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 27 of 202115/2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.07.2021. Trial court report reveals that out of five chargesheeted witnesses, four witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial
