On second page of the order dated 02.08.2019, in first para it has been stated on 25.11.2018, the relevant date of occurrence, around 5.45 P.M. The said date be read as '25.11.2008' in place of '25.11.2018'. Similarly, on page 3 at para-2, it has been mentioned the police submitted 1st charge sheet bearing No.27/09 dated 14.04.2019. The said date '14.04.2019' be read as '14.04.2009'. On page 4 in second para, it has been stated petitioner and another Hari Om Lal showing 'want of Evident'. The said 'want of Evident' be read as 'want of evidence'.
