Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was apprehended in connection with Sonepur Hajipur Rail P.S. Case no. 72/13 and from there the petitioner was remanded in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 53 of 2013.
