2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., on 04.10.2025 at about 9 PM, father of informant was sitting near the shop of one Lakhan Sao, in the meantime, this petitioner along with other two co-accused persons came there and started assaulting him with fists & legs in his stomach, as a result of which, during course of treatment, father of informant died. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6870 of 2026(5) dt.08-07-2026 2/2 antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
