2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of proper writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of "Mandamus" directing the respondents to give the possession of land to the petitioner as per the compromise derived between the parties in

Patna High Court CWJC No.15439 of 2017(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 partition suit no. 51 of 2016 of bearing Khata no. 529 Survey Plot No. 4554 having an area of 1.14 decimal in survey Plot No. 4562 having an area of 750 sq. decimal in survey plot no. 4565 having an area of 1 decimal, in Survey Plot no. 4567 having an area of 5.5 decimal and in Survey Plot no. 4677 having an area of 5.5 decimal respectively and restrained the private respondent who forcibly want to capture the land of the petitioner.

3. Learned State counsel has taken this Court to paragraph-8 of the counter-affidavit, according to which, the petitioner did not brought any judgment of Partition Suit No. 51 of 2016 passed by the learned Sub Judge, Sitamarhi.

4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, the present writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
